1. Our purpose

Boost Bison provides audience discovery and engagement tools designed to help users identify relevant public audiences and interact with those audiences through supported social media platforms.

The Boost Bison Chrome extension operates during user-initiated workflows and interacts with supported webpages only as necessary to provide audience discovery, verification, organization, and engagement features requested by the user.

2. Information we may collect

The information handled by Boost Bison depends on the features you choose to use.

Account information

If you create or use a Boost Bison account, we may collect information such as:

Subscription or plan status
Account preferences and settings

Public social media information

During a user-initiated audience discovery or engagement workflow, the extension may process publicly accessible information displayed on supported social media pages, including:

Public profile URLs
Public posts and post URLs

Public engagement signals
Publicly visible information used to determine audience relevance
Information describing where a potential audience member was discovered

Boost Bison is designed to work with information that is publicly available to the user on the supported service.

Extension activity and workflow information

We may process or store information necessary to operate the extension, such as:

Usage counters and plan limits

Browser page information

When you initiate a Boost Bison workflow, the extension may inspect and interact with the content of the supported webpage that is necessary to perform that workflow.

This may include reading webpage elements, identifying public profile or post information, navigating supported pages, or performing an engagement action that you have enabled.

        Boost Bison does not monitor your general browsing.

        The extension is not designed to collect or create a history
        of unrelated websites you visit. Browser page access is used
        for the user-facing functionality of Boost Bison on supported
        services.
      

3. Information we do not intentionally collect

Boost Bison does not intentionally collect:

Your social media account password
Your Chrome or Google account password
Passwords entered into websites through your browser
Credit or debit card numbers directly through the Chrome extension
Unrelated browsing history for advertising or profiling purposes
The contents of unrelated websites that are not necessary for a Boost Bison feature

4. How we use information

We use information only as necessary to provide and support Boost Bison's functionality, including to:

Authenticate users
Provide audience discovery features
Identify and organize relevant public audience accounts
Verify public profile information
Execute engagement workflows initiated or configured by the user
Prevent repeated processing or duplicate engagement
Maintain user preferences
Enforce subscription and usage limits
Troubleshoot errors and improve reliability
Protect the security and integrity of the service

We do not use information collected through the Chrome extension for purposes unrelated to the extension's disclosed functionality.

5. Local storage

Certain information may be stored locally within your browser using Chrome extension storage or other browser storage mechanisms.

Local information may include settings, workflow state, discovery results, processed-account records, engagement history, or other information necessary for the extension to remember your progress and avoid unnecessary repeated actions.

Some locally stored information may be removed when you clear extension data or uninstall the extension, depending on how Chrome handles the applicable storage mechanism.

6. Information sent to Boost Bison servers

Some Boost Bison features may communicate with Boost Bison servers to provide account, subscription, licensing, configuration, AI-assisted, synchronization, security, reporting, or related service functionality.

When information is transmitted to our servers, we limit the information transmitted to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature or operate the service.

7. Artificial intelligence features

Certain Boost Bison features may use artificial intelligence to analyze relevant context or generate suggestions, such as audience classifications or engagement text.

When an AI-assisted feature is used, information necessary to produce the requested result may be transmitted to a service provider that processes that information on our behalf.

Boost Bison does not sell extension data to artificial intelligence providers.

8. Payments

Paid Boost Bison plans may use third-party payment processors to process subscription payments.

Payment processors may collect payment information directly from you according to their own privacy policies and security practices. Boost Bison does not need to receive or store your complete payment card number in order to operate the Chrome extension.

9. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent personal information or Chrome extension user data.

We may share limited information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate Boost Bison. These providers may include infrastructure, authentication, payment, analytics, security, or AI-processing providers.

Service providers are permitted to process information only for the purposes necessary to provide their services to Boost Bison, subject to applicable agreements and law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Boost Bison, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or illegal activity.

10. Sale of user data

        We do not sell user data.

        Boost Bison does not sell Chrome extension user data, browsing
        information, audience discovery information, or personally
        identifiable information to advertisers, data brokers, or
        other third parties.
      

11. Advertising

Information obtained through the Boost Bison Chrome extension is not collected for the purpose of serving personalized advertisements based on your browsing activity.

12. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet-based service or storage system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to information and use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process.

13. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Boost Bison, maintain account functionality, prevent abuse, satisfy legitimate operational requirements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
